  Zodra u een account heeft aangemaakt op onze website, ontvangt u altijd een bevestigings e-mail.

  Controleer uw adresgegevens goed, wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de gegevens die u invult. Dus ook niet als het pakket naar een verkeerd adres gaat.

  • Mocht er iets gewijzigd moeten worden, dan kunt u weer inloggen op uw account en de gegevens aanpassen.
    Lukt het niet, aarzel niet om dan contact met ons op te nemen. We horen graag wat er niet lukt zodat we kunnen meekijken in het systeem.

  • Is uw pakket al verstuurd en blijkt het adres niet juist te zijn, dan wordt het pakket hopelijk door DHL weer naar ons teruggestuurd.
    Na ontvangst van het pakket nemen wij contact met u op.
    In dit geval moeten wij een nieuw verzendlabel (met een correct adres) aanvragen bij DHL. Er wordt daarom €6,- aan porto-/ administratiekosten in rekening gebracht.
    De kosten voor het terugsturen van het foutieve pakket nemen wij voor onze rekening, zo delen we de kosten.
    Het nieuwe pakketje gaat weer met de post mee zodra de betaling door ons is ontvangen. Controleer uw gegevens dus altijd goed!

• Exchanges / Returns

  How can I exchange something?

  Returning the item you wish to exchange is at your own expense.
  The shipping costs to send the new article to you will be paid by TT-Gymnastics.

  • Within 14 days you can exchange an article.
  • Exchange is only possible if the article is clean and unworn!
  • Try on the article with underpants, if the article is dirty we will not take it back!
  • Leave the tags on the article.
  • Fold the article neatly and put it back in its original packaging.
  • Print out the return form and fill in the details clearly;
  • The name on which the order was placed.
  • The article you want to receive.
  • Your bank account number (in case there is a difference in the purchase amount).

  The return form can be found with your invoice. You have received the invoice by e-mail.
  Send the fully completed return form together with the article to us.
  You may use the original shipping packaging (it contains a second adhesive strip). You may stick the pre-printed address sticker over your own address sticker.

  When can I expect the exchanged item?

  Once we receive your package, we will check if the items are still clean and can be exchanged.

  • As soon as your exchange is processed, we will send you a new (credit) invoice.
  • In case you need to pay extra for the new item, the order will not be shipped until payment is received.
  • If no additional payment is required, the item will go in the mail the same day. PostNl is expected to deliver the package within 2 days, see also.

  You will again receive the new track&trace by e-mail (also check your SPAM folder).

  How can I return something?

  Returning the item you wish to return is at your own expense.

  • You may return your purchase within 14 days. A passerie may be returned within 4 weeks.
  • Returns are only possible if the article is clean and unworn;
  • Try on the article with underwear, if the article is dirty we will not take it back!
  • and the cards must still be attached to the article.
  • Fold the article neatly and put it back in its original packaging.
  • Print out the return form and fill in the details clearly;
  • The name on which the order was placed.
  • The article being returned.
  • And don't forget your bank account number so we can refund the money.

  • If you return the entire order, we will refund the purchase price including shipping costs.
  • If you are returning a portion of the order, you will be refunded the purchase amount of the relevant item(s), excluding shipping costs.

  When can I expect a refund on a return?

  Once we receive your package, we will check that the items are still clean.

  • As soon as your return has been processed, we will send you a credit invoice.
  • If you have clearly legibly noted your IBAN number on the return form, we will refund the amount within 3 business days.
  • If you have not filled out the return form legibly, we will have to ask you again for the correct information.

  If the item is dirty, or does not meet the other conditions, we will not take the item back!

  Krijg ik korting op de bestelling?

  Wij geven geen korting, wel lage verkoopprijzen!

  Omdat wij ons eigen atelier hebben, kunnen wij de verkoopprijs laag houden.
  Wij hebben geen tussenhandelaren waardoor de verkoopprijs omhoog moet.

  Door de lockdown tijdens Corona lag ons bedrijf volledig stil. Niemand kocht turnkleding en uiteindelijk moesten onze werknemers noodgedwongen uit dienst.
  Wij zijn op dit moment niet in de positie om korting te geven. We zijn juist heel erg blij dat we nog steeds turnkleding kunnen maken voor jullie en dat willen dat nog vele jaren blijven doen!

  How can I contact you?

  We can be reached via email; info@tt-gymnastics.nl

  We are busy every day preparing all orders for shipment.
  We do this mainly in the morning. It is therefore possible that we are in the warehouse in the morning and not at the computer. We will send a response during the day!

  We try to answer your question within 1 working day.
  If you have a specific question about a gymnastics outfit from your club or advice for a particular situation, for example, we want to take our time and get back to you later.
  Either way, we always respond quickly.

  If you send us an e-mail, don't forget to include additional information.
  For example, an invoice number or the article number of your club gymnastics outfit.
  We sell gymnastics clothing all over Europe. Due to the amount of associations, we do not know (anymore) by heart which gymnastics outfit, in which country-, by whom- or which association has been purchased.

  I have a complaint, what should I do?

  We try to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and in consultation with you.

  • Please describe your complaint.
  • Add clear pictures
  • Attach your invoice (if you do not have one, please include the name on which the order was made and the corresponding address).

  You will receive a response from us as soon as possible.
  If we ask you to send the item to us, it is of course at TT-Gymnastics' expense.

  Zijn jullie telefonisch bereikbaar?

  Door de lockdown tijdens Corona lag ons bedrijf stil. Er was geen omzet meer en uiteindelijk moesten onze werknemers noodgedwongen uit dienst.
  Om deze reden zijn wij telefonisch niet meer bereikbaar, maar reageren wij wel heel snel op uw e-mail!

  Wij zijn elke dag druk met het verzendklaar maken van alle bestellingen.
  Dit doen we voornamelijk in de ochtend. Daardoor kan het gebeuren dat we s'morgens in het magazijn te vinden zijn en niet achter de computer. We sturen dan in loop van de dag een reactie!
