At TT-Gymnastics, we design and produce all our gymnastics clothing entirely in-house. No middlemen, no mass production in distant countries—we do it ourselves. Hence our slogan: We Make It!
For more than 35 years, we have been proudly supplying both individuals and clubs. Because we produce ourselves, we can respond quickly, think along with our customers, and guarantee high quality.
Our strength? We deliver directly from stock, with no fewer than 30,000 leotards in stock, we can deliver immediately. And because we are the manufacturer, subsequent deliveries for clubs are no problem at all.

Ordering
How can I order leotards for the club?
Ordering from TT-Gymnastics is quite easy:
- Enter the required quantity for the desired item and place it in the shopping cart.
- Log in to your account or create an account.
- Pay easily with iDeal, PayPal or a credit card.
- After payment, you will receive the order confirmation by email.
- The invoice/return receipt and an email with the Track&Trace will be sent to you on the next working day.
How do I create an account for my association?
If you create an account in the name of the association, you will immediately receive the invoice in the correct name. This is useful for the treasurer.
- Select ‘New customer’.
- Fill in the association's details completely.
- The email address you enter for the account will be used to send the invoice. This will also be your username for logging in.
- Click on the ‘register’ button.
- You will receive an email allowing you to create a password.
- Once you have created a password, you can place orders on the website.
Our club leotard is sold out. When will it be back in stock?
You can register for the item on the website so that you will receive an email as soon as it is back in stock.
On average, we expect new stock to arrive between 4 and 12 weeks.
The delivery time depends on whether all materials are in stock.
Without materials, we cannot make leotards, of course.
We receive new stock at the end of every (!) month. If the item is not available this month, we hope it will be available next month.
If you enter your email address on the website, you will automatically receive a message when it is back in stock! Thank you in advance for your patience in waiting for that message. If you would like to have all items on one invoice, please send us an email. We will then produce the stock especially for your club. Let us know which item numbers and quantities you would like to purchase. You will then receive an invoice for payment.
The association would like to order more pieces than are possible through the website. Is that possible?
Yes, you can!
On the website, you can enter your email address next to the item that is sold out. As soon as the item is back in stock, you will automatically receive an email.
If you need multiple sizes and want everything on one invoice, please contact us so that we can replenish the stock for you.

What are the shipping costs?
Since Brexit / January 1.th 2021, we no longer export to countries outside the European Union. The impact of taxes and administration, combined with COVID-19 have too much impact on our organization.
Can I pick up my order for free?
You can pick up your order Monday through Thursday between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. You do not need to make an appointment.
The pickup address is in the Netherlands
The pickup address is clearly stated under the “pickup” option. If you accidentally select “pickup” and we later have to add shipping costs, we will charge you for administration/postage costs.
DHL will send an email with the Track & Trace code (please also check your SPAM folder).
During public holidays, vacations, and promotional periods, it may take longer for your order to be delivered due to high demand at DHL! Therefore, please continue to follow the track & trace. Once your package has been picked up from us, we have no influence on the processing speed at DHL.
Can we make our purchase in the showroom?
Yes! Of course you can buy something in our showroom.
Our showroom is located in the Netherlands. If you would like to visit, please contact us.Can we buy on account?
No, that is not possible: we offer several other payment options.
Will my order be delivered all at once?
Multiple shipments = multiple shipping costs.
You have 2 options;
Option 1. If you order something through the website, we will ship your order no later than the next business day.
In this case, you will receive multiple shipments, and you will pay shipping costs for each shipment.
Option 2. If you send us an order by e-mail, we will start production in our workshop especially for you.
We will then ship your order when it reaches us in one piece.
In this case you will receive one shipment, so you pay shipping costs once.
If you want to receive what is currently in stock and wait for the missing stock, you will receive multiple shipments. See option 1.
Can I request a pass series for our association?

Het voordeel van een passerie is dat u de artikelen langer op zicht mag houden.
Let op; een passerie moet betaald (en besteld) worden via de website.
Geef ik het veld ‘opmerkingen’ aan dat het om een passerie gaat.
- De passerie mag binnen 4 weken teruggestuurd worden.
- U krijgt het volledige bedrag van de passerie teruggestort, mits;
- De artikelen schoon en ongedragen zijn (passen mag natuurlijk wel)
- De kaartjes nog aan de artikelen zitten
- De kruisjes moeten schoon zijn (dus passen met een onderbroek aan)
How long does a leotard stay in the collection?
In general, a gymnastics outfit stays in the collection for 2 to 8 years, which depends on the design and sales of the item.
As soon as your club proceeds to purchase gymnastics apparel, please inform us. Then we can note in our system that the item belongs to your club.
You as a club can also purchase a few extra sizes yourself. This will ensure that you always have something available internally for emergencies/ new members/ or if an item is sold out on our website.
I want an order link on our association page, is that possible?
Ordering through a link on your association page is very easy.
In fact, the members of your gymnastics association will be referred directly to the correct article on our website.
We deliver the link, all you have to do is place it on your own website.
So we can make sure that you also receive links for the matching shorts, gymnastics shoes, matching scrunchies etc.
Contact us and mention in the email;
- The name of your association
- The article for which you want to receive a link.
Collection/Sizes
What sizes are there?
We sell the following sizes;
Children's sizes; 128, 140, 152 and size 164
Adult sizes; S, M and L
The sizes that are available are shown on the website with the item.
Many times size 116, XL or size XXL is available. However, these are not sizes that we stock as standard, as they are almost never sold. Not every design is suitable to be made in these sizes
What size should I order?
It is difficult for us to give advice online about the right size. After all, we cannot see the person.
Every body type is different; long torso, short torso, round belly, flat belly, muscular or not. All of these factors influence whether gymnastics clothing fits well.
Gymnastics leotards are also made from different fabrics, each with its own stretch properties. A leotard made from wetlook fabric is less stretchy than one made from velour fabric and may therefore feel different in terms of fit.
And then we also have to take into account that one person wants their gymnastics clothing to be close-fitting, while another wants to buy gymnastics clothing that allows for growth.
If you are unsure, you can visit our showroom on Wednesdays to try them on.
Another thing you can do is:
- It may be useful to ask other parents during gymnastics class what size their child wears from TT-Gymnastics. This will help you estimate what size you need.
- Or order two sizes to compare at home. The size that does not fit can be returned. Please check “Exchanges/Returns” for the conditions.

Which gymnastics shorts go with the gymnastics outfit?
Ons verenigingspakje staat als 'uitverkocht', wanneer komt het weer op voorraad?
Op de website kunt u zich bij het artikel aanmelden zodat u een e-mail ontvangt zodra er weer voorraad komt.
Gemiddeld verwachten wij nieuwe voorraad tussen de 4 á 12 weken.
De levertijd is afhankelijk of alle materialen op voorraad zijn.
Zonder materialen kunnen wij geen turnpakjes maken.
Leveranciers hebben steeds langere levertijden, dit is nog nasleep van Corona. Als u uw e-mail adres invult op de website, krijgt u vanzelf een bericht! Alvast bedankt voor uw begrip om het bericht geduldig af te wachten.
Als u voor de vereniging meerdere maten wilt kopen, neem dan contact met ons op zodat wij uw order in productie kunnen opnemen.

Kunnen wij een kleur of stof veranderen bij een bestaand turnpakje?
Als u aangeeft wat jullie wensen zijn, willen we altijd meedenken of er mogelijkheden zijn.
Als jullie een eigen ontwerp/kleurstelling turnpakje hebben, zal dat betekenen dat er altijd speciaal voor jullie een productie opgestart moet worden als er voorraad moet komen. U dient als vereniging dus rekening te houden met langere levertijden.
Om lange levertijden te voorkomen kunnen jullie -als vereniging- zelf een aantal maten extra inkopen. Zo bent u verzekerd dat u intern altijd iets achter de hand heeft voor noodgevallen/ nieuwe leden/ of als een artikel bij ons op de website uitverkocht is.
Wilt u overleggen wat er mogelijk is voor uw vereniging, neem contact met ons op via info@tt-gymnastics.nl.

We proberen sowieso binnen 1 werkdag uw vraag te beantwoorden.
Indien u een specifieke vraag heeft over bijvoorbeeld een turnpakje van uw club of advies voor een bepaalde situatie, dan willen we daar goed de tijd voor nemen en komen we er later op terug.

What is the delivery time of my package?
My package has not been delivered yet, what should I do?
Which carrier will deliver my package?
When will our order be delivered?
I entered incorrect information on my account, what should I do? (address or email address)
If anything needs to be changed, you can log back into your account and adjust the information.
If you are having trouble, please contact us. We would like to hear what the problem is so we can look into the system.
If your package has already been shipped and the address is incorrect, DHL will hopefully return it to us.
We will contact you after receiving the package.
In this case, we will need to request a new shipping label (with a correct address) from DHL. Therefore, a €6.00 postage/administration fee will be charged.
We will cover the cost of returning the incorrect package, so we share the costs. The new package will be sent out again as soon as we have received your payment.So always check your information carefully!If you refuse the package, it cannot be delivered, or it is not collected from a DHL service point after 7 days, it will be returned to us.
If you subsequently want us to cancel the order, we will credit the items minus the shipping costs.
This is to cover the costs of the returned package.
Why do we have to pay shipping costs?
Dhl charges for delivering your package.
Those costs have to be paid.
Many companies can offer "free shipping" by raising the selling price of the items. So you still pay shipping costs without realizing it.
We choose to keep the selling price as low as possible.
Fair enough, right?

Exchanges / Returns
How can I exchange something?
Exchanges
Returning an item you wish to exchange is at your own expense.We, TT-Gymnastics, will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item.
You have 14 days to exchange an item.
The item remains your property until we have received and processed your return package. We therefore ask that you handle the products with care.
- Exchanges are only possible if the item is clean and unworn*.
- Try the item on with underwear.
- Leave the tags attached.
- Complete the return form clearly and legibly, including your bank account number in case you receive a refund.
You can find the return form with your invoice, which you received by email. - Send the completed return form to us along with the item.
- You can use the original shipping packaging. You can place the pre-printed address sticker over your own address sticker. If you no longer have the address sticker, please write the following address clearly on the shipping package:

When can I expect the exchanged item?
We therefore recommend sending the package with track & trace, so you can track its delivery to us.
Once we receive your package, we will check whether the item is in good condition* and can be exchanged.
After processing your exchange, you will receive a new invoice from us.

If no additional payment is required, we will ship the package the same business day.

If you have a specific question about a gymnastics outfit from your club or advice for a particular situation, for example, we want to take our time and get back to you later.
Either way, we always respond quickly.
If you send us an e-mail, don't forget to include additional information.
For example, an invoice number or the article number of your club gymnastics outfit.
We sell gymnastics clothing all over Europe. Due to the amount of associations, we do not know (anymore) by heart which gymnastics outfit, in which country-, by whom- or which association has been purchased.

Are you available by phone?
There are glitter particles missing from the leotard. Can I glue them back on myself?
If the glitter comes off after the first time you wear it, please let us know. We will reattach the glitter for you.
Please include the name used to make the purchase in your email and attach your invoice or order confirmation.

If we ask you to send the item to us, it is of course at TT-Gymnastics' expense.
What are the showroom's opening hours?
Please note that there is no debit card machine available.
TT-Gymnastics is primarily a webshop. This means that we mainly sell our gymnastics clothing online: directly from our warehouse to the customer.
You are welcome to view and try on leotards in our showroom in Utrecht. Please note that our warehouse is much larger than the showroom, so you can always see the entire collection online.
Would you like to try on a club leotard? Please note the item number of the leotard you are looking for in advance. This way, we will know immediately which model you are looking for and can help you more quickly.
We supply gymnastics clothing to clubs and individuals throughout Europe. Because there are now so many, we can no longer recognize every club leotard if you only give us a description. But with the item number, we can of course find it for you immediately.
