Returns
Returning the item you wish to return is at your own expense.Within 14 days you may return an item-or the entire order.
- Return is only possible if the article is clean and unworn*.
- Adjust the article with a pair of underpants
- Leave the cards on the article
- Fold the article neatly and put it back in its original packaging.
- Fill out the return form legibly, including your bank account number.
- The return form can be found with your invoice, which you received by e-mail.
- Send the completed return form, along with the item to us.
- You may use the original shipping packaging. You may put the pre-printed address sticker over your own address sticker.

- If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs (again; returning the package to us is at your own expense).
- If you are returning a portion of the order, you will be refunded the purchase amount of the relevant item(s), excluding shipping costs.
When can I expect the refund?
The item is your property until we have received the package.
Our advice is therefore to send the package with tracking so you can follow when it is delivered.
Once we have received your package, we will check if the article is still neat*.
If your return is processed you will receive a (credit) invoice.
If you have clearly legibly noted your IBAN number on the return form, we will refund the amount within 2 business days.
If you have not filled out the return form legibly, we will have to ask you again for the correct information.
Therefore, always check the PDF file in your invoice!

* If the item does not meet the exchange conditions, we will send the item back to you. We will then charge a €8 handling/shipping fee. The amount will be deducted from your credit invoice.
