Ordering
How can I order leotards?

Ordering from TT-Gymnastics is very easy;

  • Enter the desired item and the required quantity and place it in the shopping cart.
  • Log in to your account or create an account.
  • Choose between shipping or pickup at our location.
  • Pay easily with iDeal, PayPal, or a credit card, for example.
  • After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • You will also receive the invoice (with a return form enclosed) by email.
  • You will receive the track & trace code from DHL the next working day. Be sure to check your spam folder!
How do I create an account?

When you create an account, you will always have access to your order history and you can check your invoices.

  1. Select ‘New customer’.
  2. Fill in your details completely.
  3. The email address you enter for your account will be used to send your invoice. So check it carefully to make sure you haven't made any typos.
  4. Click on the ‘register’ button.
  5. You will receive an email allowing you to create a password.
  6. Once you have created a password, you can place orders on the website.
An item is “sold out.” When will it be back in stock?

You can register for the item on the website so that you will receive an email as soon as it is back in stock.

On average, we expect new stock to arrive between 4 and 12 weeks.

The delivery time depends on whether all materials are in stock.
Without materials, we cannot make leotards, of course.
We receive new stock at the end of every (!) month. If the item is not available this month, we hope it will be available next month.

If you enter your email address on the website, you will automatically receive a message when it is back in stock! Thank you in advance for your patience in waiting for that message.

I would like to order more items than is possible via the website. Is that possible?

Yes, you can!

On the website, you can enter your email address next to the item that is sold out. As soon as the item is back in stock, you will automatically receive an email.

Please include the following in your email:

  • the item number you would like to receive.
  • the size(s) you would like to receive.
We will respond to your email as soon as possible.
New stock will be available again in 4 to 8 weeks.

What are the shipping costs?
Since Brexit / January 1.th 2021, we no longer export to countries outside the European Union. The impact of taxes and administration, combined with COVID-19 have too much impact on our organization.
Can I pick up my order for free?

Yes, this is certainly possible!
If you select ‘pick up in Utrecht’ in the shopping cart, no shipping costs will be charged.

You can pick up your order from Monday to Thursday between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. (except on public holidays and during vacations). You do not need to make an appointment to pick up your order.
If the order is not picked up within 4 weeks, we will return the items to stock. As soon as we have received your IBAN number, we can refund the purchase amount.

The collection address is clearly stated under the ‘collection’ option. If ‘collection’ is selected (accidentally) and we subsequently have to add shipping costs, we will charge €6 in administration/postage costs.

Can I purchase items in the showroom?

We leveren turnkleding aan verenigingen en particulieren in heel Europa. Omdat dat er inmiddels zó veel zijn, kunnen we niet meer elk verenigingspakje herkennen als jij alleen een omschrijving geeft. Can I buy on account?

Collection/Sizes
What sizes are there?

We sell the following sizes;

Children's sizes: 128, 140, 152, and 164
Adult sizes: S, M, and L

The sizes available are shown on the website next to the item.

Very occasionally, size 116, XL, or XXL are available. However, these are not sizes that we stock as standard, as they are rarely sold. Not every design is suitable for these sizes.

What size should I order?

It is difficult for us to give advice online about the right size. After all, we cannot see the person.
Every body type is different; long torso, short torso, round belly, flat belly, muscular or not. All of these factors influence whether gymnastics clothing fits well.

Gymnastics leotards are also made from different fabrics, each with its own stretch properties. A leotard made from wetlook fabric is less stretchy than one made from velour fabric and may therefore feel different in terms of fit.

And then we also have to take into account that one person wants their gymnastics clothing to be close-fitting, while another wants to buy gymnastics clothing that allows for growth.

If you are unsure, you can visit our showroom on Wednesdays to try them on.
Another thing you can do is:

  • It may be useful to ask other parents during gymnastics class what size their child wears from TT-Gymnastics. This will help you estimate what size you need.
  • Or order two sizes to compare at home. The size that does not fit can be returned. Please check “Exchanges/Returns” for the conditions.
What is the size chart?
Our size chart is a useful guideline, but every child is unique. The sizes are based on averages for many children, so the perfect size for your child may be slightly different. The chart is compiled based on many measurements taken from different individuals and therefore provides an average picture, but no rights can be derived from it.
  1. Measure the circumference of the chest to obtain the first measurement (column 1).
  2. Measure the distance between the hollow below the larynx and the crotch to obtain the second measurement (column 2).
  3. Gymnastics clothing should fit snugly, so don't buy it to allow for growth.

    • If in doubt, it may be helpful to ask other parents during gymnastics class what size their child wears from TT-Gymnastics. Or order two sizes to compare at home. You can return the size that doesn't fit. Please see “Exchanges/Returns” for the conditions.
Which gymnastics shorts go with the gymnastics outfit?
On our website, we also display related items alongside the leotards. These items are always matching.
As a rule of thumb:

A leotard that starts with the letter K has leotard bottoms with the letter K.
A leotard that starts with the letter O has leotard bottoms with the letter O.
A leotard that starts with the letter S has leotard bottoms with the letter S.
However, please note that there is one exception to this rule:
A leotard that starts with the letter V has leotard bottoms with the letter P.

From 2023, we will also be offering leotards with the letter N. Leggings made from exactly the same fabric are not available for these leotards. We have a wide range of other leggings for you to choose from. Just pick the ones you like best.
Delivery/Shipping
What is the delivery time of my package?
DHL bezorgd het pakket in principe binnen twee dagen. Door drukte kan het gebeuren dat je pakket langer onderweg is dan gepland. Blijf de track&trace volgen voor de actuele status.

Iedere maandag en donderdag verzenden wij bestellingen, de overige dagen dus niet.

Bij uw track&tracecode en in uw DHL-app vind u de laatste informatie over het pakket. Zie ook de website van DHL.
TT-gymnastics heeft geen invloed op de levertijd van DHL.
My package has not been delivered yet, what should I do?
Before contacting us to ask where your package is, please read the information below: - You have received the track & trace information by email. Please also check your spam folder. - If you have received the invoice from TT-Gymnastics, your package has been picked up by DHL. It is therefore possible that the track & trace does not yet show that the package has been picked up. - Once your package has been picked up from us, we have no influence on DHL's processing speed. - The track & trace will become active (updated) as soon as the postman has scanned the package at the sorting center. The link may therefore become active later than you are used to! - TT-Gymnastics cannot ensure that the transport companies work faster. We also have to keep track of the track & trace. - Therefore, keep track of the track & trace daily for the current status. If you have not received your order 5 days after your package was shipped, please contact us. Please include the following in your email: - The name under which the order was placed. - Attach your order confirmation or invoice (found in your email). Without this information, we cannot initiate an investigation with DHL.
Which carrier will deliver my package?
Your order will be delivered by DHL. DHL will send you an email with the Track&Trace code (check your SPAM folder too). During public holidays, vacations, and promotional periods, it may take longer for your order to be delivered due to high demand at DHL! Therefore, keep track of your order using Track&Trace.
When will our order be delivered?

Multiple shipments = multiple shipping costs.

You have 2 options;

Option 1. If you order something via the website, we will ship your order no later than the next working day.
If an item is sold out, you can sign up for stock notifications on the website. See also this information. As soon as the item is back in stock, you can order it via the website.

In this case, you will receive multiple shipments, and you will pay shipping costs for each shipment.


Option 2. If you place an order with us by email, we will start production especially for you in our workshop.
We will ship your order once we have received it in its entirety. In other words, in one shipment.

In this case, you will receive one shipment, so you will only pay shipping costs once.

If you would like to receive what is currently in stock and wait for the missing items, you will receive multiple shipments. See option 1.

I entered incorrect information on my account, what should I do? (address or email address)

Once you have placed an order on our website, you will always receive an order confirmation by email. Also check your spam box!

Please check your address information carefully, we are not responsible for the information you enter. This also applies if the package is sent to the wrong address.

  • If anything needs to be changed, you can log back into your account and adjust the information.
    If you are having trouble, please contact us. We would like to hear what the problem is so we can look into the system.

  • If your package has already been shipped and the address is incorrect, DHL will hopefully return it to us.
    We will contact you after receiving the package.
    In this case, we will need to request a new shipping label (with a correct address) from DHL. Therefore, a €6.00 ​​postage/administration fee will be charged.
    We will cover the cost of returning the incorrect package, so we share the costs. The new package will be sent out again as soon as we have received your payment. So always check your information carefully!

  • If you refuse the package, it cannot be delivered, or it is not collected from a DHL service point after 7 days, it will be returned to us.
    If you subsequently want us to cancel the order, we will credit the items minus the shipping costs.
    This is to cover the costs of the returned package.

Why do we have to pay shipping costs?

Dhl charges for delivering your package.

Exchanges / Returns
How can I exchange something?
Exchanges
Returning an item you wish to exchange is at your own expense.
We, TT-Gymnastics, will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item.
You have 14 days to exchange an item.
The item remains your property until we have received and processed your return package. We therefore ask that you handle the products with care.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is clean and unworn*.
Try the item on with underwear.
Leave the tags attached.
Complete the return form clearly and legibly, including your bank account number in case you receive a refund.
You can find the return form with your invoice, which you received by email.
Please send us the completed return form along with the item.
You can use the original shipping packaging. You may place the pre-printed address sticker over your own address sticker. If you no longer have the address sticker, please write the following address clearly on the shipping package:

When can I expect the exchanged item?
The item remains your property until we receive your return package.
We therefore recommend sending the package with track & trace, so you can track its delivery to us.

Once we receive your package, we will check whether the item is in good condition* and can be exchanged.
After processing your exchange, you will receive a new invoice from us.

If an additional payment is required, we will ship the order after payment has been received. Therefore, always carefully check the PDF in your invoice.
If no additional payment is required, we will ship the package the same business day.

You will receive the new track & trace email from DHL (note: also check your spam folder).
How can I return something?

When can I expect a refund on a return?
The item remains your property until we receive your return package.
We therefore recommend sending the package with track & trace, so you can track its delivery to us.

Once we receive your package, we will check the item for proper condition.*
After processing your return, you will receive a (credit) invoice from us.

Have you clearly and legibly entered your IBAN number on the return form? We will refund the amount within 2 business days.

If the return form is not completed legibly, we will have to ask you for the correct information again.
Therefore, always carefully check the PDF file of your invoice.

We are busy every day preparing all orders for shipment.
We do this mainly in the morning. It is therefore possible that we are in the warehouse in the morning and not at the computer. We will send a response during the day!

We try to answer your question within 1 working day.
If you have a specific question about a gymnastics outfit from your club or advice for a particular situation, for example, we want to take our time and get back to you later.
Either way, we always respond quickly.

If you send us an e-mail, don't forget to include additional information.
For example, an invoice number or the article number.

Are you available by phone?
The past few years during the pandemic have been challenging, which is why we no longer offer customer service by phone, but we respond very quickly to your emails.

Every day, we are busy preparing all online orders for shipment.
We mainly do this in the morning. As a result, we may be in the warehouse in the morning and not at our computers. We will then contact you later in the day.
There are glitter particles missing from the leotard. Can I glue them back on myself?
No, you cannot stick the glitter on yourself, and we strongly advise against doing so! This could damage the fabric. Gymnastics clothing wears out through exercise and washing. It is a consumer product. As a result, stones or glitter may sometimes come off the leotard. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty.

If the glitter comes off after the first time you wear it, please let us know. We will reattach the glitter for you.

Please include the name used to make the purchase in your email and attach your invoice or order confirmation.

What are the showroom's opening hours?
The showroom is open every Wednesday between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., except on holidays and/or public holidays.
Please note that there is no debit card machine available.

TT-Gymnastics is primarily a webshop. This means that we mainly sell our gymnastics clothing online: directly from our warehouse to the customer.

You are welcome to view and try on leotards in our showroom in Utrecht. Please note that our warehouse is much larger than the showroom, so you can always see the entire collection online.

Would you like to try on a club leotard? Please note the item number of the leotard you are looking for in advance. This way, we will know immediately which model you are looking for and can help you more quickly.
We supply gymnastics clothing to clubs and individuals throughout Europe. Because there are now so many, we can no longer recognize every club leotard if you only give us a description. But with the item number, we can of course find it for you immediately.
